I have ordered from you before over the phone, do I need to re-register?

If you have ordered from us before over the phone but just never ordered online, you don't need to re-register. As long as we have your email address on file, you can simply click the ‘Forgot password’ link on the login page and request an auto-generated password which will allow you to log in to your existing account. This means you wont have to fill in all your Billing and Delivery address details again and you will have access to all your past orders.

If for some reason we do not have your email address on file, you may like to take a moment to call or email our office and we can set you up with your online account. Alternatively, you can register as a new customer on the login page but please note that your previous order history and information will not be linked to this account.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the ‘Forgot password’ link on the login screen and enter your email address. An automatically-generated password will be sent to your inbox which you can use to log into your account. Once logged in, you can change this password to one of your choosing on the ‘My account’ page.

How do I manage the emails I receive?

As a customer, you will automatically receive order confirmation emails as well as communications from us in the unlikely event that there’s a problem with the payment or delivery of your order.

You can also sign up to our email newsletter to receive up to date news, special offers and our latest products. Simply enter your email address to the sign up box on the site and confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the email that is sent to you.

If you no longer wish to receive these emails then you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you and your address will be removed from the list.
