How do I place an order?

You can place your order either online via our Verisign secured credit card payment page or alternatively you can give us a call on 01263 588788 , Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm and place your order by phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
We can also arrange to receive your payment by BACS or PayPal if you prefer.

Can I come back to my order at a later date?

Provided you are logged into your account, any products added to your basket will be saved until you remove them or proceed to the checkout.

Please note that although products may be saved to your basket, this does not mean that they are reserved and may be out of stock by the time you check out.

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email: or phone: 01263 588788 and we will arrange the cancelation of your order according to our Returns and Refunds policy.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order accordingly.

Please note, we try to dispatch all orders within 1 working day so if your order has already been sent out, changes made may incur extra postage costs

All prices on the website include VAT at the UK rate of 20% where applicable, there are no hidden costs when it comes to checkout. Customers ordering from within the EU may have to pay VAT depending on location. Customers ordering from outside of the European Union do not pay any VAT.

The correct VAT amount is calculated on your Billing address and Delivery address once you have logged in to your account.

If you are registered for VAT and live outside of the UK, please contact us before you place your order to receive VAT exclusive prices.

Why does my credit card get declined?

For security purposes, your registered Billing Address on the My Account pages must match the billing address of the credit card you are using to checkout.

If this information does not match, your card may get rejected. If you are having any problems completing your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.
