This is the book that I always recommend to read first as it is so easy to understand - plus the last page with quotes from doctors - a quick read, and also small enough that one can easily take it pretty much anywhere with one as well. There are many more in depth books out there but for anyone who cares, and does not want to get bogged down with any medical terminally that most of us do not really have, then this is one of the best tools to have on hand.

Really nice little twist tubs to decant so,e pellets to from the big bottles. Great for ease of dosing versus getting pellets out of those big bottles and great to be able to travel a few specific remedies in a purse or travel bag. Love these.
