We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB as well as PayPal.
We can also arrange to receive your payment by BACS if you place an order over the phone with our office team.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Parcels sent to UK mainland addresses are sent via either Royal Mail 24hr & 48hr Tracked delivery or Parcelforce 48hr delivery.
Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. 24hr delivery can take anywhere between 1 and 5 working days and 48hr form 2 to 7 working days. Over 90% of orders however are received within the 24hr and 48hr windows.

International delivery can take up to 14 working days, but the majority are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Standard 48hr UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £30, while orders under £30 will incur a £2.99 postal charge.

Postal charges for international parcels are calculated by weight and will vary from country to county.
To check the cost of delivery for your order, simply place all the items you wish to purchase in your basket and use the postage calculator on the shopping cart page to calculate shipping costs.
Due to the weight of some of our products, international postage can sometimes be very expensive. It is often possible to reduce postage costs by splitting orders in to two parcels and sending them separately.
This calculation is not currently available on the website so please feel free to contact us before placing your order and we will do all we can to reduce the cost of postage for you.
Here at the HSC, wherever possible we try and do our bit for the environment, this includes the packaging materials we use.
80% of all our packaging is recycled and biodegradable. Whether its the eco friendly corn starch bubbles used to protect your goods or the locally sourced, recycled cardboard box it arrives in.
If you're not at home when Royal Mail or Parcelforce try to deliver, the driver will return your parcel to the depot or sorting office. A card will be left explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. Often you can arrange for an alternative delivery time or arrange collection yourself.
Although we do accept orders for dispatch to Hotels, we can not be held responsible for any lost items or refused deliveries due to such addresses.
Different Hotels have different polices on accepting packages for guest so please make sure you have checked with your Hotel before placing your order.
We are happy to organise the return or exchange of any item provided you notify us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact email@example.com or call 01263 588788 to initiate your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are unable to refund the cost of any postal charges incurred due to refund or exchange, except in the rare circumstance that a product is damaged, faulty or not as described.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, no later than 3 weeks after receiving your return.

Moulded glass bottles are usually made from soda glass and are produced from a mould.
Tubular glass bottles are produced from tubes of neutral glass and contain no soda. This type of glass recommended for long-term storage of homeopathic remedies.
Yes, if desired, all the glass bottles we sell are suitable to be reused after sterilisation.
Sac-lac, or saccharum lactis, are blank sucrose or lactose pillules or tablets which have not yet been medicated. Our Sac-lac is prepared to quality control standards for medicinal use. Unfortunately it is not currently possible to source an organic variety.
Sucrose pillules are pure sucrose with a small amount of corn starch which acts as a binding agent. Pure lactose tablets are made from milk sugar with a small amount of binder-gum Arabic. We also stock lactose/sucrose tablets, which are harder than pure lactose.
Yes, we sell Xylitol pillules, a sugar alcohol gained by the hydrogenation of the sugar xylose. It is widely used as a tooth-friendly sugar alternative.
NB: Sugar alcohol is not the same as ethanol, the alcohol used in alcoholic beverages, and does not affect the body in the same way.
Your choice of pillule or tablet size is simply a matter of preference. Some practitioners like using larger pillules while others prefer to use smaller ones, especially if they are creating a first aid kit.
Our most commonly purchased pillules is the SL56, this is the same sized pillule as used in the Helios Homeopathy Kits and Remedies.

This can be a time-consuming process! We do sell vials filled with most of our tablets, but these are more expensive than if you fill your own bottles. We sell both a plastic funnel and Wooden Scoop that are suitable for filling some bottles. If you would like more information, please contact us for assistance.
