Good quality product at a great price !

As with many people nowadays, sleepless nights can be a problem for me. My particular symptoms call for the homeopathic remedy Aranearum Tela and this is effective but not infallible. It is good to have an easy solution like Sleep Stones to recommend to everyone watching the clock move on during the night. The organic essential oils smell lovely and it is so easy to get into the habit of removing the lid from the jar shortly before lights out and drift off to sleep. It works for me.

Excellent book, beautifully written, and very informative.

Good size, lightweight, and low cost. Easy to open caps and easier to dispense pills compared to using the small plastic grip seal packs. Especially good when you are using larger sized pills and providing greater quantities
