Introducing the latest addition to the HSC product range, 3D-printed grids!
We are always looking for ways to become more sustainable and environmentally friendly, from our award-winning eco-build office to the packaging material we use in your parcels. Now, we are excited to introduce a new range of environmentally friendly, plant-based, 3D-printed grids to keep all your bottles secure and safe in your chosen storage solution.
We know bottle storage can sometimes be a real challenge, that’s why we have spent the last 35 years sourcing and commissioning a range of storage solutions to suit all needs. Now, in 2022, we have taken this search one step further.
The recent advancements in 3D printing technology have allowed us to design and develop our own environmentally friendly, plant-based, 3D-printed grids, printed right here in our office. Using a resin-based 3D printer with PLA resin extracted from Corn, we can now cut out 80% of our current grid solution's transportation and manufacturing requirements to create a more sustainable and versatile product.
Starting with our SP37 case, we will be phasing out our existing grid systems and replacing them with new 3D printed versions. As well as opening up the possibilities for fully customisable, bespoke grids to fit any draw or case you might have. The future is finally here, let's see what we can create.
With thanks to the New Anglia Small Grant Scheme, which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, for their contribution to this innovative project.
